All video lessons, Mock Test questions, Kanji Quest assets, and Flashcards on Umesh Sensei Online Academy are our intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution, screen recording, or copying is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date course materials, but we make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy or completeness of the content. We are not liable for any typographical errors or omissions in the study materials.

3. No Guarantee of Visa or Employment

Our platform is an educational tool. Completing our JLPT/SSW courses, passing Mock Tests, or using our Smart CV Builder does not guarantee a Japanese visa, job placement, or success in official examinations.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Digital goods cannot be refunded once accessed or consumed.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
