1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register, we collect basic details such as your name and email address to create and manage your profile.
- Smart CV Builder Data (Strictly On-Device / No Storage): The personal details (such as your photo, address, and work history) you enter into the Smart CV Builder are processed strictly to generate your CV PDF. We do not save or store this sensitive data in our database. The data is immediately discarded once your PDF is downloaded.
- Leaderboard & Game Data: Your username and scores from "Kanji Quest" and "Mock Tests" may be displayed publicly on our Global Leaderboard.
2. Third-Party Services & Analytics
Our App uses Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (like crash logs and basic device info) to help us identify bugs and improve app performance. We do not share your personal identifiable information with these services.
3. Children's Privacy
Our courses and app are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove it from our servers.
4. Data Deletion Policy (Your Rights)
You have full control over your data. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send an email request to umeshsensei@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
